Job Description
Job Title: Legal Intern
Company: Finclus Technology Pvt Ltd
Location: Chittoor Andhra Pradesh
Duration: 3 Months (Contract)

- Loan Solutions: KCC loans at 4% interest in 3 minutes AIF loans at 6% with high ticket sizes.
- Technical Service Provider (TSP): Projected 50 Cr from Loan TSP.
- Fast Growth: Projected 300 Cr from Agristack rapidly scaling across states.
- Strong Partnerships: Incubated at NASSCOM IIT Tirupati & accelerated by SPJIMR Google Wadhwani RBIH & ISBD Labs etc.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Draft and send legal notices for loan recovery.
- Conduct legal research on civil laws Income Tax GST.
- Collaborate with panel bank lawyers to launch new loan products & review documentation for Agricultural infrastructure loans.
- Assist in handling Income Tax & GST notices with our CA firm in Bangalore.
- Help draft and review legal documents.
- Assist in court proceedings and case preparations.
Qualifications:
- Education: LLB from a recognized university.
- Experience: Previous legal internships preferred.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with civil laws Income Tax GST and financial regulations.
- Skills: Strong research excellent communication and attention to detail.
