Create Design implement and oversee CSR/CER Employee volunteering programs that align with corporate values and community needs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize social impact initiatives and opportunities
Coordinate and manage volunteer events ensuring they run smoothly and effectively engage participants.
Build and maintain relationships with nonprofit organizations community groups and other stakeholders to foster partnerships that enhance our CSR efforts and reach of the Employee society relationships.
Nurture Employee participation in community events and represent the company in a positive light.
Develop communication to promote CSR volunteering opportunities to employees and also project the same to internal and external stakeholders.
Organize training and informational sessions to educate employees about social responsibility and volunteerism.
Track and report on the impact of CSR and employee volunteering initiatives including metrics and outcomes.
Prepare regular reports for management to highlight achievements and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
Master s in social work (MSW)/MA Sociology.
Experience
58 years of experience in CSR or Community Relations project management domain from corporates.
