Job Description
Business Analyst (Blue Prism)
Location : Schaumburg IL (hybrid 3 days/week)
Responsibilities
- Analyze and map current business processes to identify automation opportunities.
- Gather document and analyze business requirements for automation initiatives.
- Design and develop Blue Prism RPA solutions in collaboration with IT and business teams.
- Test deploy and maintain Blue Prism bots to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Monitor bot performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise postdeployment.
- Provide training and support to stakeholders on using automated processes and tools.
- Communicate findings progress and recommendations to management and stakeholders clearly.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in the insurance industry.
- Proficient in Blue Prism and robotic process automation methods and tools.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in process mapping and workflow optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented and fastpaced environment.
