Business Analyst (Blue Prism)

Location : Schaumburg IL (hybrid 3 days/week)

Responsibilities

• Analyze and map current business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Gather document and analyze business requirements for automation initiatives.
• Design and develop Blue Prism RPA solutions in collaboration with IT and business teams.
• Test deploy and maintain Blue Prism bots to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Monitor bot performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise postdeployment.
• Provide training and support to stakeholders on using automated processes and tools.
• Communicate findings progress and recommendations to management and stakeholders clearly.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in the insurance industry.
• Proficient in Blue Prism and robotic process automation methods and tools.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in process mapping and workflow optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented and fastpaced environment.
