Job Description
Job title: Project Lead (ETL Test Lead)
Location: San Diego CA Onsite
Duration: Longterm
Skills: Cloud Based Testing ETL Data base Medical Device
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop maintain and execute test plans and test cases for cloud data applications.
- Conduct functional testing of cloud data pipelines ETL processes and data integration workflows.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
- Identify document and track defects using bug tracking tools.
- Automate test cases and improve testing efficiency using industrystandard tools and frameworks.
- Perform data validation and verification to ensure accuracy and consistency across data sources.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to quality assurance processes.
- Stay up to date with cloud technologies and best practices in data testing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience in functional testing preferably in a cloud environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud).
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data manipulation and analysis.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
