Job Description
After bringing the Teamtailor ATS to 10000 customers worldwide we are now ramping up our next big journey with our second product: Aboard HR!
At Teamtailor weve always been focused on enabling a great candidate experience by building software that is personal different and kind. We want to help our customers extend that same care when candidates become employees. Thats where Aboard comes in taking over when a candidate has been hired and enabling seamless onboarding and employee experience.
Aboard is still an earlystage product built in Ruby on Rails by a small experienced team of three developers and one designer. Now were looking for one more developer to help shape our next big product and how we build it.
We are looking for
- An experienced full stack developer with very strong Ruby on Rails skills. Experience with Stimulus.js and Tailwind CSS is also a big plus.
- AProductMinded Software Engineer with experience working in fastmoving startups.
- A selfmotivated manager of one who enjoys being in the drivers seat and seeing the impact of their work directly. A real Doer.
This is a hybrid remote role. We are only looking for candidates in Stockholm or Linkping Sweden who enjoy working closely together with their colleagues from our great offices a few days per week.
