Two Talented HR Business Partners are needed for one of the biggest chain of restaurants around the world. The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities with the organization on Operational and Strategic initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from identifying needs to onboarding new hires.
- Design and deliver training programs for managers and employees on various HR topics.
- Identify training needs through performance reviews skills gaps analysis and employee feedback.
- Providing guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues.
- Designing and implementing a performance management system that aligns with the organizations goals and objectives.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or relevant experience
- 2 years experience in Human Resources.
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational critical thinking and communications skills
- Fluent in English
Job Type: Fulltime
Pay: 5000.00 8000.00 per month
