Job Description
Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location: Jersey Shore PA
Duration: 12 weeks contract
Guarantee Hours: 30 Hours
Pay Rate: $17/hr
Your pay is based on whether you are in a local or travel position. A travel position is defined as residing more than 50 miles from the facility.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing dressing and eating.
- Monitor and record vital signs including temperature pulse and blood pressure.
- Provide mobility assistance by helping patients move in and out of beds chairs and wheelchairs.
- Maintain patient hygiene and comfort.
- Report any changes in patients physical or emotional conditions to the nursing staff.
- Assist in the preparation and transportation of patients for treatments or exams.
- Ensure a clean and safe patient environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Compassionate patient and attentive to detail.
