Job Description
The ideal Business/Technical Analyst will have some business experience in performing and analyzing processes procedures and systems related to tolling operations.
Responsibilities:
Provide Toll Operations support as a business or technical analyst.
Assist the task lead in a program to ensure intellectual property is captured and processed.
Support of the UX/UI/CX effort to enhance the user experience and interface for customer service representatives.
Support of the effort to ensure IT standards compliance for TransCore and other toll operations contracts.
Support Tolling Operations during the development of a unified back office system.
Support the UX/UI/CX business transformation.
Support delivering Natural Language IVR to maximize selfservice.
Support the implementation of ALPR and vehicle fingerprinting technologies and find innovative solutions to streamline and automate license plate identification.
Support the Data Migration for tolling back office.
