Sales and Key Accounts Manager Germany Austria and Switzerland (DACH region)
Responsibilities:
Manage the contact lenses business in the DACH region with responsibility for key accounts sales budgeting and supporting colleagues in sales and customer service.
Ensure that the objectives set by your supervisor are met and that business activities are planned and organized to achieve maximum sales volume and profitability in both the short and long term.
Develop the market for contact lenses in Germany Austria and Switzerland maximizing the company's presence. This includes driving sales through distributors buying groups optical retail chains pharmacy retail chains online retailers and direct sales to independent stores.
Focus on growing and developing existing clients while generating new business to achieve sales targets.
Gather market and competitor information as well as customer feedback to enable the company to respond effectively to market changes.
Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products and services to accurately address customer inquiries.
Identify and source potential customers to meet sales budget targets.
Analyze and forecast achievable sales budgets to maximize business growth and profitability.
Actively participate in trade fairs congresses conferences and seminars and propose marketing strategies to increase the visibility of products in the assigned sales territory.
Requirements:
Minimum diploma
At least 5 years of experience in contact lens sales within the DACH region
Proven track record of success in major accounts development
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent influencing and persuasion abilities
Proactive approach to seeking new projects
Solid business judgment and commercial awareness
High level of drive and energy
Strong ability to identify business opportunities
Fluency in both English and German written and spoken
