Are you an experienced Project Manager who has specialised in Global Business Services looking for a new opportunity
We are looking for an experienced GBS Project Manager to join our client based in Poland.
Offering a salary of 15000 to 20000 PLN per month (depending on experience) plus company benefits.
What will I be doing
Spearheading the strategic planning and execution of setting up a Global Business Services (GBS) model ensuring alignment with the overall objectives and enhancing operational efficiencies for clients.
Serving as the primary point of contact between all relevant stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to drive the successful implementation of the GBS model.
Analysing current operational processes to identify opportunities for standardisation and optimisation.
Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline operations reduce costs and improve service delivery.
Oversee the selection and implementation of technology solutions that support the GBS model ensuring they meet the needs for efficiency scalability and security.
Manage ongoing technology upgrades and maintenance to support operational excellence.
About you
You are an experienced Project Manager who is able to work diligently to a plan update RAID logs and adhere to deadlines.
You are a great communicator who engages well with stakeholders and drives the project forward.
Whilst this is a remote role you must be willing to travel globally to meet client needs.
You have experience of GBS or Shared Services.
You have strong financial understanding and experience (Record to report process to pay and order to cash).
