Job Description
Role: Application Program Manager / Specialist No. 1
Location: Baton Rouge LA (Onsite with Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Job Summary:
The scope of the proposed services will include the following:
- Architect functional solutions for SAP integrations
- Develop understanding of the business environment and use that understanding to make informed decisions and drive results;
- Define program goals and objectives and align them with the organizations strategy;
- Develop project plans and schedules including resource allocation timelines and budgets;
- Lead crossfunctional teams to deliver programs and projects on time and within budget.
- Manage risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies as needed;
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders including senior management;
- Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to ensure program and project goals are met;
- Ensure compliance with program management processes and standards;
- Provide ongoing evaluation and improvements for program management processes and practices;
- Provide daytoday support for ongoing processes;
- Provide ongoing evaluation and improvements for processes; work in needed areas to provide application support for agencys workload demands.
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:
- Ten (10) plus years of experience and/or relevant experience in the following areas:
o Project management
o SAP Integrations
o SAP Public Sector Financials
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:
- SAP Grants Management (GM)
- SAP Funds Management (FM)
- SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
- SAP SAP Human Capital Management (HCM)
- SAP Budget and Planning (SBP)
- SAP Materials Management (MM)
