Title : Program Director Sprint Merger past experience
Long Term
Interact with Client leadership and lead/drive the application rationalization project including planning execution and delivery.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to assess the current application portfolio and identify opportunities for consolidation and optimization.
Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan including timelines milestones and resource allocation.
Lead and facilitate the team to conduct current state application assessments and inventory applications to determine business value and technical fit.
Analyze hosting alternatives and recommend a migration strategy.
Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives.
Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and provide updates.
Manage project budget and resources effectively.
Provide leadership and guidance to project team members.
