The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Customer journey analysis in Adobe CJA for key product and brand marketing initiatives.
- Expertly perform all UAT and set up requirements in CJA. Work with crossfunctioning teams to successfully preempt and resolve issues.
- Provide recommendations to optimize journeys based on segment selection choice of channel content shared etc.
- Develop reporting in CJA & work with D&A to enable journey specific & channel level (segment selection content management personalization) insights dissemination.
- Establish a robust multitouch attribution model within Adobe CJA to account for various channel interactions and their interdependencies in the customer journey.
- Being a thought leader on testing and managing Test/Control Group splits to effectively evaluate customer journey flows marketing incrementality and overall value of the fan journeys.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to address data discrepancy issues system taxonomy etc.
- Provide support to drive integration of our internal data with external systems such as Claravine Adobe & Power BI to ensure data flow and set up capabilities for endtoend measurement.
- Communicating and collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand overall strategy and articulate measurement insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree with at least 5 years of similar or relevant work experience primarily focused on Adobe products preferably Customer Journey Analytics. Relevant expertise within Adobe Analytics and other similar CDP platforms such as Braze SalesForce Twilio or BlueConic will be considered.
- Deep understanding of the marketing technology landscape and experience with relevant digital marketing technologies (personalization data platform analytics orchestration).
- Passionate about digital strategy digital transformation and marketing automation.
- Ability to analyze raw data draw conclusions and execute to improve performance
- Power user of the Adobe Experience Platform including RealTime Consumer Data Platform (RTCDP) Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and/or Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
- Certifications in Adobe products (AAM RTCDP AA CJA AJO Target) is a big plus/ Experience with programming language like SQL is a nice to have
