Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Recruiter to join our HR department and play a pivotal role in expanding our Product Development teams. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. Your expertise will be essential in building a robust tech talent pipeline, helping us attract and retain top professionals in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaboration with Tech Leaders:
    Work closely with team leaders to forecast departmental goals and hiring needs. Understanding the nuances of each role will help in identifying the right candidates.

  2. Job Description Evaluation:
    Review and refine job descriptions and requirements to ensure they accurately reflect the skills and qualifications needed for each position.

  3. Candidate Sourcing:
    Utilize specialized platforms and tools to source potential candidates. This includes leveraging social media, job boards, and other networks to identify and engage with talent.

  4. Skills Analysis:
    Assess specialized skills and qualifications of applicants to ensure they meet the technical requirements of the roles for which they are being considered.

  5. Pre-Screening Process:
    Conduct pre-screening interviews to analyze the capabilities of applicants. This initial assessment is crucial for narrowing down the candidate pool.

  6. Shortlisting Candidates:
    Prepare a shortlist of applicants who comply with position qualifications and summarize their CVs to facilitate easier evaluation by hiring departments.

  7. Interviewing:
    Conduct interviews using a combination of methods, including structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions. This comprehensive approach will help assess both technical skills and cultural fit.

  8. Promoting Employer Brand:
    Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand. You will play a key role in enhancing our reputation as an employer of choice.

  9. Timely Vacancies Fulfillment:
    Ensure all vacancies are filled with the right talent within the target timeline, reducing our time-to-hire and improving overall recruitment efficiency.

  10. Industry Awareness:
    Stay up-to-date with new technological trends and products, ensuring you have a solid understanding of the market to attract the best candidates


Desired candidate profile

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
  • A Bachelor's degree in IT or Psychology is preferred.
  • Understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
  • Technical expertise with the ability to explain job requirements for IT roles.
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting and Boolean search.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and evaluate candidate qualifications logically.
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
