Key Responsibilities

Vision and Strategy:
As a Co-Founder, you will collaborate closely with the team to define our company’s vision and strategic objectives. Your role will include developing comprehensive business plans and timelines aimed at achieving these goals, ensuring we remain aligned with our mission as we progress.

Business Development:
You will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with potential partners and clients. Your contributions will extend to crafting effective marketing and sales strategies that drive our company’s growth and enhance our market presence.

Operations Management:
Supporting the management of daily operations will be a key part of your role. You will work to ensure smooth workflows and optimize internal processes, striving for maximum efficiency across all functions within the company.

Team Building:
An essential responsibility will be to assist in recruiting and developing a high-performing team. You will foster a positive, innovative, and collaborative work culture that empowers team members and drives collective success.

Fundraising and Investment:
You will play a crucial role in seeking funding and establishing relationships with investors. This includes preparing compelling business presentations and proposals to attract investment, enabling our vision to come to fruition.

Legal and Compliance:
Ensuring our company adheres to all local and international regulations will be part of your responsibilities. You will coordinate with legal and financial advisors as necessary to navigate the complexities of compliance and ensure robust governance.
