Job Description: Solar C&I Sales Executive

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Solar C&I Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background in the renewable energy industry specifically focusing on the commercial and industrial sectors. The role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities managing client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the C&I sector for solar energy solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Generate leads through networking cold calling and attending industry events.

Client Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their energy needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct site visits and feasibility studies to assess the potential for solar installations.
  • Prepare and present proposals quotations and contracts to clients.

Market Analysis:

  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team to ensure our offerings meet market demands.

Sales Administration:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and pipeline status using CRM software.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including engineering finance and project management to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong understanding of solar energy solutions and the C&I market.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
