Job Description:

Roles and responsibilities:

• Monitoring and maintaining Email Gateway Security
• Monitoring and maintaining onpremises Firewall
• Monitor and give recommendations for optimizing Cloud Infra as needed
• Implement solutions proactively as needed to harden the endpoint security
• Perform periodic tests to identify vulnerabilities if any and mitigate
• Analyse the impact of firmware upgrades and implement
• Participating in all IT Infra related upgrades implementations.
• Prepare checklists for onboarding and exit formalities and help the team in implementation
• Monitoring daily operations including Network Access points and hardware
• Implement IT security policies defined by the organization
• Coordinating with Senior Manager to facilitate hardware software requirements
• Monitor and prioritize the service requests to improve employee experience and meet defined SLAs.
• Investigate and confirming the issues identified by the L1/L2 resources for replacement of fault hardware

and software

• Work closely with other IT members to address ongoing operational needs
• Taking ownership for Endpoint security and monitor on daytoday basis
• Maintain necessary activity logs for various audit needs
• Maintain Support Matrix related to the IT Assets
• Secondary contact for all the warranty related communications with the OEMs / Vendors.
• Assist with resource provisioning migration optimization and configurations in Azure/AWS.
• Manage cloud networking and security (Firewalls NSGs ASGs WAFs) and monitor the logging of

systems for performance and be compliant with industry standards.

• Implement HA DR Backup and retention policies on Azure/AWS platforms using native options and

thirdparty tools.

• Deploying applications configuring services and monitoring and troubleshooting in Azure/AWS

environments in collaboration with development teams.

• Implementing data storage solutions integrating databases and using Azure/AWS data services for

efficient data management and analytics.
