M3C is looking for a Kronos/UKG analyst (ID627). It s a 12 month contract (renewable) 100% remote work with very little travailing (when necessary). This role will be for supporting and maintaining UKG Pro Time and Attendance solutions.

The responsibilities for the analyst are:
- Maintain and update UKG systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity;
- Analyze design develop test and deploy new system functionality upgrades and patches;
- Provide expertise on UKG Pro and other UKG application modules;
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize processes and support operational efficiency;
- Develop an understanding of business performance drivers and provide analytical insights;
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to timekeeping;
- Document system requirements configurations processes and data flows;
- Conduct lifecycle testing including creating test plans and obtaining UAT signoff.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in human resources Computer Science Finance Business or related field;
- 5 years of experience with UKG Pro and other UKG application modules;
- Strong understanding of HR functions and processes;
- Experience with data analysis reporting and visualization tools;
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Experience with JD Edwards applications (ASSET);
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies;
- Familiarity with multiple HR systems and integrations;
- Languages : English (spoken and written) and French (ASSET).
