Job Description

M3C is looking for a Kronos/UKG analyst (ID627). It s a 12 month contract (renewable) 100% remote work with very little travailing (when necessary). This role will be for supporting and maintaining UKG Pro Time and Attendance solutions.

The responsibilities for the analyst are:

  • Maintain and update UKG systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity;
  • Analyze design develop test and deploy new system functionality upgrades and patches;
  • Provide expertise on UKG Pro and other UKG application modules;
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize processes and support operational efficiency;
  • Develop an understanding of business performance drivers and provide analytical insights;
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to timekeeping;
  • Document system requirements configurations processes and data flows;
  • Conduct lifecycle testing including creating test plans and obtaining UAT signoff.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in human resources Computer Science Finance Business or related field;
  • 5 years of experience with UKG Pro and other UKG application modules;
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and processes;
  • Experience with data analysis reporting and visualization tools;
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Experience with JD Edwards applications (ASSET);
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies;
  • Familiarity with multiple HR systems and integrations;
  • Languages : English (spoken and written) and French (ASSET).
