Business Systems Analyst (HCL Notes)

Salaried: $47 to $50 per hour.
Incorporated Business Rate: $55 to $58 per hour.
12month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Work schedule from 9 am to 5 pm.

Responsibilities:
Analyze and gather requirements for new development requests or enhancements submitted by Notes users.
Collaborate with business teams and developers to define requirements develop solutions and perform thorough testing.
Act as a liaison between Notes Developers business partners and emerging technologies.
Support the resolution of technical issues by working closely with the Technical Support team and relevant stakeholders.
Manage service requests including clarifying requirements creating test cases and participating in testing.
Document processes create audienceappropriate written materials and maintain detailed records of system issues and resolutions.
Participate in process analysis and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Contribute to fostering a collaborative work environment that values innovation knowledge sharing and teamwork.
What you will need to succeed:
Strong knowledge of business analysis principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in system development life cycle methodologies (e.g. Waterfall Agile ITIL).
Previous experience in a business analysis role including the ability to break down highlevel requirements into actionable insights.
Experience working on IT operations/delivery teams with a broad understanding of business functions.
Familiarity with consulting practices questioning techniques and problem management to address or mitigate technical issues effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and applications.
Excellent organizational communication and interpersonal skills with strong problemsolving abilities.
Knowledge of HCL Notes and Notes databases.
Prior experience in IT operational support and quality testing.
Process improvement expertise and technical writing skills.
Security Clearance: Enhanced Reliability Clearance (ERC) required.
