Responsabilit s du poste :
- Se d placer en client le;
- Assurer le support logiciel et mat riel aupr s des utilisateurs;
- Proc der la sauvegarde et la restauration de donn es;
- Effectuer l escalade des incidents nonr solus au niveau sup rieur;
- Participer divers projets;
- Effectuer des interventions sur le site des clients l occasion;
- Documenter les interventions et mettre jour linformation dans nos syst mes.
Profil Recherch :
- AEC ou DEC en informatique et 5 ans dexp rience pertinente;
- Connaissance avanc e des environnements Windows et d Active directory et Office 365;
- Souci de la qualit du service la client le;
- Forte capacit dadaptation et d apprentissage;
- Sens de lorganisation et des priorit s.

Responsibilities for this position :
- Traveling to client sites;
- Provide software and hardware support to users;
- Perform data backup and restore;
- Escalate unresolved incidents to the next level;
- Participate in various projects;

- Document interventions and update information in our systems.
Disired Skills:
- AEC or DEC in computer science and 5 years of relevant experience;
- Advanced knowledge of Windows Active Directory and Office 365 environments;
- Concern for the quality of customer service;
- Strong ability to adapt and learn;
- Sense of organization and priorities.
