ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a member of our Field Operations team you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our fleet of mobile surveillance units. This position will also be responsible for educating new technicians and third party technicians on the maintenance repairs and upkeep of the units. This individual must be responsible and trustworthy. You will work independently and together with a team in various locations and situations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide troubleshooting and maintenance on all units throughout the country
- Must be capable of working under tight time constraints in a high volume environment with multiple priorities
- Must be able to pay attention to detail and safety requirements
- Communicating with and training third party technicians across the country professionally
- This position will require some weekend work and or travel in order to fulfill work responsibilities.
Requirements
- Ability to work overtime if necessary
- Comfortable working 30 feet above ground
- Must be able to read a measuring tape
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions unless it conflicts with safety
- Experience with shop tools
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Positive professional appearance and good communication skills
- Can work well in a team setting
- Ability to work with a positive and professional attitude
