We are looking for an experienced and motivated WordPress Developer to join our team in Mumbai.

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer with 36 years of experience to help us design build and maintain a new dynamic portal for GradDreams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating responsive userfriendly and SEOoptimized WordPress websites with a focus on content management systems. You will collaborate with our marketing content and design teams to create a seamless digital experience for students and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop design and maintain a WordPressbased website for GradDreams incorporating dynamic content and userfriendly interfaces.
  
• Build and customize themes plugins and templates as needed to enhance website functionality and aesthetics.
  
• Implement a content management system (CMS) to allow for easy updates news publishing and new content integration.
  
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure the website is visually appealing and userfriendly.
  
• Optimize the website for speed performance and SEO ensuring best practices are followed.
  
• Integrate thirdparty tools APIs and plugins as required (e.g. CRM analytics social media).
  
• Perform troubleshooting updates and ongoing maintenance to ensure website stability and security.
  
• Stay updated with the latest WordPress development trends tools and techniques to improve website performance.
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure that the website aligns with business goals and provides the best user experience for international and domestic students.
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

• 36 years of handson experience in WordPress website development.
  
• Strong understanding of frontend and backend technologies including HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript PHP and MySQL.
  
• Experience with WordPress themes and plugin development customization and management.
  
• Knowledge of dynamic content management systems and integration with thirdparty tools.
  
• Familiarity with SEO best practices website optimization and responsive design principles.
  
• Ability to work with version control systems such as Git.
  
• Strong problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with nontechnical teams.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with WooCommerce or other eCommerce platforms on WordPress.
  
• Knowledge of website security and optimization practices.
  
• Familiarity with Google Analytics Search Console and other web analytics tools.
  
• Experience in the education or consulting sector would be a plus.
