Conveyancing SolicitorCommercial Property

Our client is a successful and growing firm of solicitors.
They have a wellestablished client base and get regular incoming business recommended to them.
Their Commercial property team are particularly busy with current and new instructions.
This has necessitated the need for another experienced solicitor to join the team.
The role will allow you great freedom and opportunity and the chance to grow and develop in a busy team.
Requirements
- You will ideally have 2 years of commercial property conveyancing experience.
- A good knowledge of Shops offices warehouses etc.
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
- Dealing with landlords freeholders banks financial institutions pension funds etc.
- An opportunity to develop your skills and experience in the commercial property market.

All areas of Commercial Conveyancing Open new files and conduct the appropriate searches. Handle the full life cycle of the conveyancing files. Residential sales and purchases, mortgages, and transfers of equities Make use of a good quality referred work. Re-mortgage, shared equity, and equity release on a high volume using a case management system. Lease extensions Commercial mortgages and lending knowledge
