Job Description
Position Summary
A highly creative and innovative Rebranding Consultant to assist in the rebranding of
many subscription documents and forms following Blue Owl branding guidelines. The ideal candidate
will have a strong design background with experience in reformatting and transforming documents
across various formats while ensuring consistency clarity and alignment with brand identity.
Responsibilities
Rebrand a high volume of subscription documents and forms ensuring all content aligns with
branding guidelines.
Utilize tools such as Word Adobe or InDesign to create visually engaging and userfriendly
forms and documents.
Deliver all final rebranded documents in highquality fillable PDF format.
Collaborate with the Investor Operations team to ensure materials meet both design and
content expectations.
Manage accelerated timelines and deliverables efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met.
Provide recommendations on ways to make documents better
Qualifications:
Professional background in graphic design is a plus.
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Illustrator Photoshop) Microsoft Word and PDF
creation software.
Ability to work independently and think creatively while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills and ability to handle large volumes of work.
High level of professionalism.
Proactive and innovative selfstarter.
Bachelors degree required.
Available during US Eastern working hours
