Companys background: Our client is supporting innovative projects in the crypto/blockchain space to scale users base utilizing their extensive network of over 100000 affiliates and social media influencers worldwide.
Leaders background: This role reports directly to the Director a seasoned professional from the top 5 exchanges over the past 5 years boasting an outstanding record of sales achievements.
What Youll Do:
Forge Partnerships: You will be at the forefront of identifying negotiating and onboarding affiliate partners (social media influencers) who can help drive success for our clients.
Build Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including industry leaders partners and clients. Your connections will be crucial to our growth and your future career.
Discover New Avenues: Seek out and pursue exciting business opportunities from strategic partnerships to innovative distribution channels and even potential acquisitions.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Dive into the crypto world and analyze market trends competition and customer needs to identify opportunities and develop strategies for market domination.
Strengthen Bonds: Maintain strong relationships with our partners and clients ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty while driving sales and revenue growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
Passion for Crypto: While a degree in Management or a related field is a plus we value your enthusiasm for the crypto space more than formal education. If youre eager to learn were open to newcomers.
Proven Sales Record: Ideally you have 13 years of experience in sales or social media influencers skillset and youve demonstrated your ability to fuel business growth in the past and we cant wait to see how youll do it here.
Strategic Vision: Your strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities will be your superpowers in this role.
Communication Skills: Effective communication and negotiation skills will be crucial in building connections with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in a collaborative environment and can build relationships with ease.
