Job Description

Our partner is a distributor and retailer of global brands across Saudi Arabia and the GCC specializing in health beauty and automotive care products. Their mission is to provide quality brands to customers and expand their footprint including ambitious plans to grow their retail presence with stores across Riyadh.

Job Summary:

They are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead their sales efforts in the Automotive Care sector.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in automotive product sales industry contacts and a demonstrated ability to establish and grow business relationships. This position will focus on driving the growth of their automotive care products in the retail and detailing segments building a strong foundation for thier emerging automotive business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the automotive care market.
  • Recruit train and manage a sales team focused on the automotive segment.
  • Expand IPCs distribution footprint within automotive retail and detailing stores with a focus on establishing new business relationships.
  • Identify potential gaps in the market and develop innovative sales approaches to fill them.
  • Foster relationships with auto retail partners detailing stores and key industry stakeholders.
  • Track sales metrics and prepare performance reports for the senior management team.
  • Represent IPC at industry events promoting the automotive brand portfolio.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business Sales Marketing or related field.
  • 5 years of sales experience with at least 3 years in the automotive care industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of automotive products and a strong network within the automotive retail sector.
  • Proven leadership and sales management skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships in a competitive market.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
