Position Overview:
As a GermanSpeaking Customer Advisor you will be the key point of contact for our Germanspeaking clients providing exceptional service and support in the financial sector. Your role will involve handling client inquiries resolving issues and offering advice on our financial products and services. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our clients receive timely accurate and personalized assistance.
This position is based in our Larnaca office and offers a relocation package that includes accommodation in Larnaca and flight tickets to Cyprus. You will be part of a supportive team that values your professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for Germanspeaking clients managing their inquiries providing information about financial products and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Customer Support: Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving client issues offering tailored solutions and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our financial products and services to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients in German and English ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
- Problem Resolution: Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and efficiently escalating to senior team members when necessary.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions transactions and followup actions in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to share insights improve service processes and contribute to the overall success of the department.
- Feedback: Gather and relay client feedback to help improve our products and services and enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in German and English: Must be fluent in both German and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable.
- Financial Knowledge: Experience or interest in the financial industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- ProblemSolving Skills: Strong problemsolving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
