Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic recruiter to bolster our global recruitment initiatives at Polygon Labs. As a vital member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will play a significant role in sourcing and securing some of our most essential hires. Your responsibilities will encompass the complete recruitment lifecycle, ensuring we attract top-tier talent and nurture a culture of excellence within our organization.

The Talent Acquisition team collaborates closely with leadership, stakeholders, and internal teams, focusing on creating a world-class recruiting process. Our mission is to attract and hire the best talent available, instilling confidence in the teams we support. Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both business and technology roles, covering all levels from interns to C-suite executives.
  • Strategic Development: Craft and implement innovative recruiting strategies tailored to new and existing markets.
  • Stakeholder Experience: Ensure a high-quality experience for candidates and hiring managers alike, while fostering a collaborative environment within the talent acquisition team.
  • Diversity Initiatives: Proactively build diverse candidate pools by leveraging various talent channels and resources.
  • Industry Expertise: Enhance your knowledge of the Web3 ecosystem to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Participate in projects across the organization aimed at enhancing our talent acquisition processes.

Desired candidate profile

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of three years of recruitment experience in an in-house setting, specifically targeting both technical and non-technical roles within the Web3 space.
  • Web3 Knowledge: A deep understanding of the Web3 industry and its unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Sourcing Skills: Proven ability to source, screen, and successfully close candidates while providing an outstanding candidate experience.
  • ATS Proficiency: Familiarity with and experience managing internal tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Lever and Notion.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Capability to collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide data-driven insights and regular updates on recruitment progress.
