Dutch Speaking Content Moderator

In this role youll be responsible for helping maintain a secure and respectful online environment by reviewing and moderating content in line with platform policies and community guidelines. Main Responsibilities:

• Content Review: Examine and assess usergenerated content (videos text images etc.) on social media platforms to ensure it complies with established guidelines and policies.
• Policy Enforcement: Enforce the community standards and platform rules by identifying and removing harmful or inappropriate content (such as hate speech violent imagery harassment etc.).
• Community Safety: Help create a positive and safe experience for social media users by managing reports and addressing violations swiftly.
• Continuous Improvement: Offer feedback on the content moderation process and suggest improvements to policies tools and workflows.
• Language Skills: Use your Dutch language proficiency to accurately interpret and evaluate content ensuring cultural and linguistic context is taken into account.

Candidate Requirements:

• Dutch Fluency: Excellent command of Dutch (both written and spoken) at a native or nearnative level.
• English Proficiency: Good working knowledge of English as it will be the primary language used within the team and with management.
• Social Media Savvy: Interest in and familiarity with major social media platforms and current online trends.
• DetailOriented: Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow platform policies rigorously.
• Critical Thinking: Good judgment and problemsolving skills to determine whether content adheres to community standards.
• Experience: Previous experience in content moderation or a related role is beneficial but not essential. Full training will be provided.
• Flexibility: Comfortable working in a dynamic fastchanging environment handling multiple tasks when necessary.
