Job Description

Alzayani Investments is a leading real estate investments Automotive and F&B company that specializes in developing and managing high end business in Bahrain.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Property Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and a proven track record in sales and renting facilities . You will be responsible for promoting and selling our properties to potential buyers building strong relationships with clients and providing exceptional customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in the real estate industry with a reputable company.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively promote and rent our properties to potential buyers
Conduct market research and stay uptodate with industry trends and competition
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and preferences
Conduct property tours and provide detailed information to potential buyers
Negotiate and close sales deals ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategic method in attracting new clients to rent out our flats and studio
Attend events and networking opportunities to generate leads and expand the companys network
Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from clients in a timely manner
Keep accurate records of sales and maintain an organized client database
Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company

Requirements:

Bachelors degree or Diploma in Business Marketing or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets in sales and renting facilities
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends
Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office
Highly motivated with a strong drive for success and a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Valid real estate license is preferred
