Interview Process:
The interview process will be in a twostage format.
Stage One Video call interview with the Owners & Regional Director
Stage Two Inperson interview with the Owners & Regional Director
The Candidate:
Have a proven track record in the management and delivery of highquality care within medium/large nursing homes
Achieved CQC Inspection ratings of Good and above in all areas
Possess strong commercial acumen with a history of driving occupancy and improving fees
Possess a Registered Managers Award Level 4 or Leadership and Management in Care Level 5
Clinical qualification is desirable – A proven track record of leading a clinical team is essential
Excellent communicative skills
Demonstrate excellent leadership
Knowledge of CQC Guidelines
Driving license and own vehicle are required
Location:
The care home is based in Aylesbury and is commutable from Bedford Hemel Hempstead High Wycombe Luton Maidenhead Milton Keynes Oxford Watford and surrounding areas.
