Job Description
Job Title: IAM Active Directory Consultant
Location: Remote
Contract Duration: 4 months with potential for extension
Job Description as an IAM Consultant for our client youll work remotely on a shortterm contract basis to maintain secure and efficient identity and access management systems. You will leverage your expertise in On Prem AD and Entra AD (Cloud) environments manage Password Safe and Password Management systems like BeyondTrust and potentially Semperis DS Protector (training provided). Additionally training in ServiceNow will be offered to effectively manage ticket and change control processes ensuring timely resolution of audit alerts and proactive system management. This role demands strong analytical skills effective communication and the ability to work independently or collaboratively to implement and validate changes within approved maintenance windows.
Skills:
- On Prem AD and Entra AD (Cloud) Background
- Password Management Background for User and Systems
- BeyondTrust or other PAM related skill set for Password Safe and Password Mgt.
- Semperis DS Protector experience (Nice to have but could be trained by customer)
- ServiceNow Experience for Tickets/Change Control Process (Nice to have but could be trained by customer)
Responsibilities:
- Consultant will utilize their Semperis DS Protector System to review Audit / Alert Issues from the system.
- Consultant will understand the issues and research possible solutions
- Consultant will log ServiceNow Tickets for each issue
- Consultant will develop a plan to resolve the alerts that includes proposed changes test plan and backout plans for each solution
- Consultant will work with Change Control Management to review and schedule changes
- Consultant will work independently or with the Services Owners to execute Change Control during their approved windows
