Occupational Therapist

Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has an opening for an Occupational Therapist. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.

Location: Republic WA 99166

Assignment Start Date: 11/14/2024

13 weeks Days 8/10hr shift 40 hours per week

There is an opportunity for permanent employment for the right person. The desired candidate will be selfmotivated and possess an entrepreneurial spirit to build and support a successful rehab program. This person will be proficient with a variety of patient populations including; orthopedic neurological and cardiopulmonary impairments. The primary caseload will be a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care. This includes providing care for longterm care residents and consultations in the emergency department.

The successful candidate will be able to advocate our services to surrounding facilities and maintain strong relationships around the region.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• New grads are welcome to apply.

Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:

• Current Washington state licensure is required.
• BLS/BCLS is required

EMR System: Meditech knowledge/experience preferred.Proficient in standard EMR documentation desired

Shift: MondayFriday

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• A team player with outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Exhibits independence and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Interest in working in a rural healthcare setting and community.
• Ability to promote our services to area hospital case managers and discharge planners.
• Demonstrates problemsolving skills and the ability to lead a hospital rehab program.

*Please note: if the OT works 40 hours they will get paid 40 hours. If they leave early or take time off they will NOT be paid for that time. Any overtime must be approved ahead by the Rehab Manager.
