Job Description
Job Title: Physical Therapist Home Health
Facility: UnityPoint at Home Sioux City
Location: Sioux City IA 51104
Contract: 13 weeks
Shift: Days: 5x8 hr shifts beginning at 8a; 40 hrs/week
Pay Rate: $75/hr (Negotiable)
Requirement:
- Home health experience is a plus
- 1.5 years of PT experience
- Experience working with all age groups
- Travelers must be COVID vaccinated; Medical/Religious Exemptions provided upon request
Other Details:
- Any candidates submitted with a taxable home address within 60 miles of the facility location will be billed at a############0% less.
- Weekend Requirements: None
- On Call Requirements: None.
