Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

Managers play a crucial role in directing and leading teams, emphasizing both project and people management competencies. They enhance their client management skills as primary relationship owners and have the opportunity to mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of high performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Presentations: Conduct both formal and informal presentations for internal and external audiences.

  2. Communication: Create clear, persuasive, and concise written materials, ensuring effective messaging.

  3. Project Management: Oversee the planning and execution of high-quality deliverables by guiding teams within an autonomous strategic consulting framework.

  5. Quantitative Analysis: Lead quantitative analysis efforts, determining the depth of analysis needed for assignments, translating findings into actionable insights, and ensuring quality control over results.

Desired candidate profile

Qualifications:

  • An undergraduate degree from a prestigious university, complemented by an MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree from a top-tier institution.

  • A stellar academic record, highlighted by special awards or participation in elite academic programs.

  • A professional background spanning seven to ten years, preferably in a leading strategy consulting firm or a mix of prestigious corporate environments and top consulting firms.

  • Consulting experience across one or more of the following sectors: Technology, Media and Telecom; Energy, Utilities and Resources; Financial Services; Private Equity and Sovereign Investment Funds; Government and Public Sector; Industrial Manufacturing and Automotive; Health Industries; and Consumer Markets.

  • A demonstrated history of rapid career advancement and a strong performance record within the current organization.

  • The adaptability and business acumen to manage various responsibilities within a fast-paced, results-oriented setting.

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, allowing effective interaction with all management levels.

  • Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
