Our client is a dynamic, exciting Cybersecurity firm that is looking to hire a Strategic Investment and Partnerships Director to help scale their business through Joint-Ventures and Merger activities.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and build a strong team to deliver high-quality analytical solutions and insights. Foster collaboration, innovation, and professional development.
- Market Research & M&A: Conduct market research to identify M&A targets, evaluate financial data, lead due diligence, and develop M&A strategies.
- Partnership Strategy: Develop and implement a partnership strategy to enhance efficiency, optimize processes, and drive revenue growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to identify and prioritize partnership initiatives. Engage stakeholders to provide strategic guidance and communicate partnership value.
- Company Promotion: Conduct webinars, presentations, and attend events to promote services and value propositions to prospective partners.
- Development Initiatives: Supervise development initiatives and partnership programs aligned with company and partner strategies.
- Channel Partner Engagement: Upgrade skills of channel partners’ sales and pre-sales teams and ensure their engagement in relevant RFPs.
- Communication & Insights: Gather insights from sales, PMs, and technical teams to add value to offerings and proposals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market studies, surveys, and updates on competition.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers, partners, and vendors. Foster collaboration within the business ecosystem.
- Integration & Marketing Plans: Develop relationships with partners, drive solution integration, and execute go-to-market plans.
- Partner Ecosystem Management: Manage the partner ecosystem, including joint deals and business development.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies to protect partners and customers.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams, and assist with contract negotiations.
- Commercial Negotiations: Lead and negotiate commercial aspects of partnerships.
- Partnership Management: Manage the full partnership cycle, maintaining collaboration, trust, and creativity.
- Market Monitoring: Monitor cybersecurity market changes and create responsive plans.
- Partner Support: Provide support and guidance to partners, including regulatory reviews and consultancy.
- Evaluation & Improvement: Regularly evaluate partnership agreements and performance, recommending improvements.
- Solution Integration: Ensure solution integration and synergy to position the business as a market leader.
