Roles and responsibilities
As a Media Buyer and Strategist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing innovative media plans that effectively reach target audiences and achieve our clients' marketing objectives. You will be responsible for researching, negotiating, and purchasing media across various platforms, including digital, television, radio, print, and social media. Your analytical mindset and creative approach will ensure that campaigns are not only cost-effective but also impactful.
Key Responsibilities:

Media Planning:
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand campaign goals and target demographics.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify the best media channels and formats for reaching specific audiences.
- Develop comprehensive media plans that outline strategies, budgets, and timelines.

Media Buying:
- Negotiate and purchase advertising space and time across various media platforms.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
- Maintain strong relationships with media vendors and platforms to secure favorable rates and placements.

Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate reports to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize data analytics tools to inform media buying decisions and strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data to enhance future campaigns.

- Manage media budgets effectively, ensuring that all expenditures align with client goals and expectations.
- Track and report on budget utilization, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Desired candidate profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in media buying and strategy, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proficiency in media planning tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Media Buying expertise
- Experience in digital marketing is a plus
