• Minimum 2 years current office/clinic ENT Experience Required
• Travel experience highly preferred
• All population experience Highly preferred

• Work History

• 1 Supervisory Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
• License/Certifications MUST be uploaded with the profile

• ACLS (AHA)
• BLS (AHA)
