Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling the health centres services including medical treatments wellness packages and health checkups. The role involves identifying new business opportunities maintaining relationships with clients and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and grow the centres client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Promote and sell health centre services to individual and corporate clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Manage and grow existing client relationships ensuring repeat business.
- Client Management:
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their health and wellness needs.
- Provide detailed information on health services packages and benefits.
- Organise and conduct presentations meetings and events to attract potential clients.
- Marketing and Networking:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
- Attend health and wellness events seminars and conferences to promote the centres services.
- Use social media and digital platforms to generate leads and drive sales.
- Sales Reporting:
- Prepare and present sales reports forecasts and performance metrics.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay competitive.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to the Sales Manager.
- Customer Service:
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service.
- Handle customer queries complaints and feedback professionally.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of health and wellness services is an advantage.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
