Job Description
Our team is small which makes it essential for designers to handle both strategic UX work and handson UI tasks.
In the near future we will be focusing more on strategic work as we are supporting the transition from products to propositions through design. Our aim is to develop the app into the gateway for our propositions and use insights to show customers how they can improve their financial situation. Additionally we are working on proposition flows which are simple questionnaires that help us understand the customers situation and needs explain what this means for them and offer solutions. Since this process is already underway the focus is now on shaping digital experiences within the existing framework while still having enough creative freedom to deliver the right experience.
Stakeholder management is key for the strategic work and we expect a strong interest in how the business operates along with a quick onboarding. Experience in banking or insurance is not required as we aim to differentiate ourselves from other players. Its important to combine strategic thinking with handson work and be able to manage your own projects.
For UI work we use a design system applying existing components as much as possible and only creating new ones when necessary. Proficiency in Figma is a must. Close collaboration with the development team is also crucial to ensure smooth implementation of designs.

- Senior profile: Minimum of 10 years of experience as a designer with at least 3 years in a strategic role.
- Excellent English proficiency due to collaboration with teams in Romania.
- Tuesday is a mandatory office day for the team.
