What Youll Do:
Assist Dutch & Flemishspeaking customers via phone email and chat.
Answer questions about Nespresso products orders and services.
Find solutions for customer issues and aim for firstcontact resolution.
Share product recommendations and inform customers about special offers.
Stay up to date with Nespressos sustainability initiatives and premium services.
What Youll Need:
Fluent Dutch or Flemish (spoken & written) and good English skills.
Experience in customer service or sales (preferred but not required).
Ability to multitask and work with digital tools in a fastpaced environment.
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work in a 40hour workweek on rotating shifts (MondaySunday 07:0019:00).
