Job Description

Immediate Hiring


Job Type: FullTime must be in Qatar

Experience: 3 to 5 years


Requirements:


  • Bachelor degree in Journalism PR Marketing or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills English & Arabic

  • Public Relations
  • Media Relations
  • Public Affairs
  • Industryspecific knowledge and understanding of the Qatar Market
  • High level of accountability and collaboration
  • Strong Interpersonal time and project management skills
  • Presentation leadership and communication skills
  • Receptiveness to feedback and adaptability
  • Deadlineoriented inquisitive with great followup and reporting skills.
  • Willing to take initiative innovative approach to managing work
  • Proficiency with computers especially MS Office


Key Responsibilities:


  • Developing a marketing communications plan including strategy PR plans budget and PR/media tactics.
  • Main clientagency interface for all things PR
  • Developing a media relations strategy seeking highlevel placements in print broadcast and online media
  • Media relations endtoend
  • Planning executing Press conferences
  • Responding to requests for information release or press conference from the media or designating a spokesperson or source of information.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with consumer community employee and public interest groups.
  • Writing press releases and other media communications to promote clients.
  • Planning or directing the development of programs to maintain favorable public and stakeholder views of the organizations agenda and accomplishments.
  • Studying the organizations objectives promotional policies and needs to build public relations strategies that influence public opinion and promote products ideas and services.
  • Preparing and editing organizational publications including employee newsletters or stockholders reports for internal and external audiences.
  • Crosscollaboration to identify trends and group interests and providing advice on business decisions.

  • Ability to pitch to the media.
  • Knowledge of consumer marketing.
  • Ability to work on big ideas planning PR strategies all the way to execution and daytoday tasks.
  • Ability to think both creatively and strategically.
  • Ability to run PR campaigns that deliver measurable results and meet objectives.
  • Understanding of social media and solid experience working with influencers/bloggers.
  • Project and budget management skills.
