DS Technologies Inc is looking for IT Application Development Transition Manager role for one of our premier clients.
Overview:
The IT Application Development Transition Manager will oversee the transition of application development projects ensuring smooth integration and successful delivery. The role requires experience in vendor management transition management and project management.
Position:
- Fulltime
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the transition of application development projects from start to completion
- Collaborate with vendors to align project goals and timelines
- Develop and implement transition plans including risk management strategies
- Coordinate with IT Infosec and PMO teams for project success
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with governance processes
- Manage project budgets and resources efficiently
- Identify and resolve issues during the transition process
Requirement Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT application development and transition management
- Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills
- Extensive project management experience with a successful track record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of governance processes and standards
- Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification
- Experience in healthcare or regulated industries
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies
