DS Technologies Inc is looking for IT Infrastructure Transition Manager 106851 role for one of our premier clients.
Overview:
The IT Infrastructure Transition Manager is responsible for leading IT infrastructure transitions ensuring smooth integration and project delivery. This position requires expertise in vendor management transition management and project management.
Position:
- Fulltime
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects from initiation to completion
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure alignment with project timelines and goals
- Develop and implement transition plans including risk management strategies
- Coordinate with departments for successful project delivery
- Monitor progress and provide updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with governance processes
- Manage project budgets and resources
- Identify and resolve issues during the transition process
Requirement Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure and transition management
- Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills
- Extensive project management experience with a successful track record
- Excellent communication problemsolving and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of governance processes and standards
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification
- Experience in healthcare or regulated environments
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies
Candidate Details:
