Job Description
JOB TITLE: A&P Mechanics (7) FREE HOUSING SUPPORT
LOCATION: North Charleston SC
PAY RATE: $38.00 per hour
***MUST BE US PERSONS***

6month contract with opportunities for extension

Regular and predictable attendance is required.

Must be available to work variable shifts (1st 2nd or 3rd) based on business needs.

Location: South Carolina (Airport and North Campus).

Completion and clearance of all screening requirements are mandatory.

Training duration: (XYZ) weeks.

Dress code: Teamwear provided at the teamwear store.
Summary:
Performs complex production assembly on structural parts mechanical assemblies subassemblies and aircraft systems using manual or automated tools.
Required Skills:
-
7 years of experience.
-
High School diploma/GED
-
Aircraft maintenance.
-
Systems repair and installation.
-
Functional and operational testing.
-
IFE (InFlight Entertainment) maintenance and testing.
-
Willingness to join a travel team.
-
Aircraft maintenance and flight readiness expertise.
-
A&P License is strongly preferred but not required; relevant aviation industry experience may suffice.
-
Experience with exterior panels paint sealant tifoil and composite repair.

Knowledge of aircraft systems (power hydraulics IFE troubleshooting).
