We are looking for temporary support for our Total Rewards team in data analysis data maintenance program design communication and administration.
Responsibilities
o Support Total Reward team in delivering upon all aspects of compensation and benefits programs
o Provide analytical support regarding the development design and maintenance of compensation and benefits programs
o Provide support to the Total Rewards team members on initiatives and projects as needed
o Collect and organize data for analysis
o Support reporting and analysis for compensation & benefits programs
o Assist with planning support and communication for the yearend compensation process
o Provide support for sales / formulaic incentive plans
o Provide support for executive compensation programs
o Assist with survey participation and the preparation of market competitiveness analyses
Requirements
o Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
o 3 years of experience in compensation financial analysis operations analysis business analysis or accounting
o Proficiency with strong analytical skills
o Expertise in Excel is required. Experience with HR information system.
o Able to work in an environment of change adapting quickly to changing requirements and focus
o Excellent organizational and project management skills.
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
o Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
o Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
