Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly training and developmental sessions via Zoom
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies
- Generate leads through social media (Facebook LinkedIn etc.)
- Conduct phone interviews with potential candidates
- Organize and share information with qualified applicants
- Arrange and conduct online Q&A sessions
- Mentor and coach new clients
- Develop and maintain a strong online presence
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional capacity
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook Instagram LinkedIn)
- Excellent communication skills
- Background in digital marketing
- Passion for personal and leadership development
- Desire to help others succeed
- Strong work ethic and selfdiscipline
