  3. Monitoring Progress: Track project progress and performance metrics, ensuring milestones are met. Identify potential risks and issues, escalating them to the Project Manager as needed.

  4. Resource Management: Assist in coordinating resources, including team members and external vendors. Ensure that all resources are allocated effectively and are performing their tasks efficiently.

  5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports. Prepare regular updates for stakeholders on project status and deliverables.

  6. Quality Assurance: Support quality assurance processes by conducting reviews and assessments to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.
