Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Mandoub (Sales Representative) to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will be skilled in communication, negotiation, and customer service, with a deep understanding of our market and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:

    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  2. Sales Strategy Execution:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
    • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive sales growth.
  3. Product Knowledge:

    • Stay informed about product features, benefits, and applications to effectively communicate value to clients.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations as needed.
  4. Negotiation and Closing:

    • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and compliance with company policies.
    • Close sales deals efficiently and effectively.
  5. Market Research:

    • Conduct market analysis to identify competitive landscape and client needs.
    • Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences.
  6. Reporting and Administration:

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
    • Building relationships: Building relationships with government bodies and acting as a company ambassador
    • Completing formalities: Completing residence formalities for employees, such as medical checkups, fingerprints, and medical insurance
    • Renewing documents: Renewing visas, labor work permit cards, QID, health cards, and other legal documents

Desired candidate profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in [specific industry].
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
