Roles and responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Mandoub (Sales Representative) to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will be skilled in communication, negotiation, and customer service, with a deep understanding of our market and products.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Sales Strategy Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive sales growth.

Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about product features, benefits, and applications to effectively communicate value to clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations as needed.

Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and compliance with company policies.
- Close sales deals efficiently and effectively.

Market Research:
- Conduct market analysis to identify competitive landscape and client needs.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences.

Reporting and Administration:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Building relationships: Building relationships with government bodies and acting as a company ambassador
- Completing formalities: Completing residence formalities for employees, such as medical checkups, fingerprints, and medical insurance
- Renewing documents: Renewing visas, labor work permit cards, QID, health cards, and other legal documents
Desired candidate profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in [specific industry].
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
