Hi
Im the recruiter for an Agency Services Coordinator with a 20year insurance industry business solutions services company.
Downers Grove IL location; hybrid schedule!
Salary to $60K or more Bonus PTO 100% Paid Benefits.
As Agency Services Coordinator at ASNOA () a fully integrated insurance industry services and support provider you will administer all aspects of the onboarding process and life cycle for new affiliates.
You will have a direct impact on an affiliates ability to sell quote and bind products for various insurance carriers. You will join a team of 8 colleagues reporting to the Agency Services Manager.
HIGHLIGHTS

Manage onboarding of affiliates and relationships to carriers.
Develop rapport with affiliates
Oversee carrier appointment submissions from end to end
Coordinate internally amongst our Agency Services
Maintain a readytosell status with all affiliates (licensing compliance and appointments)
Collaborate with other internal Operations Teams
Complete workload timely within SLAs
Define process improvements
REQUIREMENTS
3 years recent directly relevant experience including:
Tech skills: Office 365 Outlook Word Excel HubSpot (or similar)
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating between team members departments and external stakeholders
Experience in meeting deadlines and handling urgent requests
Strong work ethic well organized and technology savvy
